Karen D. Curran

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Financial Consultant®

Karen holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, the highest credential available in the financial planning field. Less than 20 percent of practicing financial advisors in the industry can claim ownership of this rigorous distinction.

Karen’s interest in financial consulting began with a decadelong career in academic fundraising at Smith College, where she helped donors craft sophisticated giving plans to meet their charitable and personal goals.

She lives in Northampton with her husband and two sons, both students at Northampton High School. Karen takes pride in being actively involved in the community. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Finance for Cooley Dickinson Hospital and of Safe Passage of Northampton. Karen also has longstanding ties to the Hampshire Regional YMCA, the Northampton Survival Center, Sunnyside Childcare Center, and the Northampton Education Foundation. She is a member of the national Financial Planning Association and the Hampden County Estate Planning Council.

Molly A. Keegan

Molly began her career at Coopers & Lybrand, a prestigious accounting firm. She spent more than 15 years in banking, holding senior positions in finance and operations. Twenty-plus years in the financial services sector have allowed Molly to embrace the central importance of planning, whether for a household of one or a large corporation.

As a financial advisor, Molly is able to follow her passion and have a direct impact on people who share her values. Her goal in her work is to ease clients’ anxiety about financial uncertainty by crafting a financial plan and an investment strategy that makes sense in the context of each individual’s unique circumstances.

Focusing on her own community allows Molly to also advocate for and impact individuals in Hadley, where she has lived for nearly two decades with her husband and three children. A Northampton native, Molly is past chair of the Hadley Select Board and is a former chair of both the Hadley Finance and School committees. She has also held leadership roles in the Greater Amherst Chamber of Commerce and the Cal Ripkin District II Baseball League. She is a founding member of Hampshire One, the Hampshire County economic development initiative, and the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council. She is an active member of Most Holy Redeemer Parish Finance Council.
